Note:
1.   Registration fees include attendance at the sessions, a copy of the program book ,
     afternoon tea on 8 April 2010, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on 9 April 2010.
2.   Registration fee for members of Supporting Organizations is the same as that of
     IET members
3.  Group Registration with 4 persons to 8 persons will receive a 5% discount. Group
     Registration with 9 persons or more will receive a 10% discount.
4.  For Full-time Student, copy of student card is required for registration.
